SOUL BALM HOMEOPATHY Terms and Conditions of Working Together Thank you for considering booking a consultation. I look forward to working with you. By booking a consultation with Chloe Thomas, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Appointments All consultations are conducted online via video call.

• Initial consultation: up to 60 minutes

• Follow-up consultations: up to 30 minutes Please ensure you have selected the correct time zone when booking. Confirmation and joining details will be sent via email.

 

Fees & Payment All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking. If an appointment is booked manually on your behalf:

• Initial consultations must be paid in full prior to the appointment

• Follow-up consultations must be paid immediately after the appointment, upon receipt of your invoice and payment link via email

 

Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a 50% fee. If you are late, the consultation will still end at the scheduled time.

 

The Consultation Homeopathy is a holistic system of medicine that looks at the individual as a whole — including physical, emotional and lifestyle factors. You may be asked detailed questions to support accurate prescribing. Where appropriate, I may ask for additional information or updates to help guide your treatment.

 

Between Consultations Support is available between consultations via email to help guide your treatment.

• If a follow-up is booked, support continues between appointments

• If no follow-up is booked, support is offered for up to 4 weeks after your consultation Updates may be emailed and will be added to your patient file. This support is intended to guide your current treatment and does not replace a full consultation.

 

Prescriptions & Remedies Prescriptions are provided during consultations only. No new remedies will be issued between appointments. Between consultations, guidance will be limited to advising whether to continue, pause, or adjust your current remedy until your next consultation.

 

Homeopathy & Medical Care Homeopathy works alongside conventional healthcare. You will not be asked to stop any prescribed medication and are encouraged to continue working with your GP or healthcare provider. Homeopathy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care.

 

Emergency Care I do not provide emergency services. If you require urgent medical attention, please contact your GP or local emergency services.

 

Confidentiality & GDPR All personal and health information is treated as strictly confidential and stored securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By booking a consultation, you give consent for your personal and health information to be collected, stored, and used for the purpose of your care. Consultation notes are retained in line with UK legal requirements.

 

Technology Consultations take place online using video platforms such as Zoom. While all reasonable care is taken, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed across internet-based communication.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction This agreement and any disputes or claims arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

 

International Clients This is a UK-based service. By booking a consultation, you agree that any services provided are governed by UK law. You are responsible for ensuring that receiving homeopathic care is permitted within your country or region.
